The Grand Valley Cardinals easily defeated the Paonia Eagles by a score of 53-18 on Tuesday, Feb. 4.
Grand Valley was lead in scoring by Taygann Schoeppner who accounted for 14 points while also collecting one rebound and one assist. Kirstin Medina aided the effort by chipping in 11 points and two rebounds.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Grand Valley hosting Olathe and Paonia taking on North Park.
