Rocky Ford made their presence felt from three-point land, drilling eight treys in their 65-58 win over Hoehne on Saturday.
Rocky Ford was lead in scoring by Clay Havens who accounted for 15 points while also recording six rebounds and one assist. Dru Jones helped the effort by chipping in 12 points and seven rebounds.
Hoehne was lead in scoring by Nic Navarette who accounted for 18 points, while also collecting one rebound and three assists. Franchesco Rivera and K.J. Rael also had respectable games contributing 11 points each.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Rocky Ford hosting Crowley County and Hoehne taking on Rye.
