The Widefield Gladiators earned a win when they defeated the Elizabeth Cardinals 54-48 on Friday.

Widefield was paced in scoring by Randall Days who scored 19 points while also recording nine rebounds and four assists. Donte Scott and Tim Mewborn also had notable performances contributing 15 points and 12 points, respectively.

Elizabeth was lead in scoring by Tristan Smith who scored 27 points, while also collecting nine rebounds and one assist. Tyson Griffin helped the effort by contributing eight points, eight rebounds, and two assists.

In their next games, Widefield will stay home and play The Classical Academy, while Elizabeth will travel to play Canon City.
