The Air Academy Kadets earned a win when they defeated the Discovery Canyon Thunder 62-54 on Monday.
Finn Horsfall lead Air Academy with 13 points scored. Tim Marshall and Adin Schwenke also had solid outings contributing 12 points and nine points, respectively.
Discovery Canyon was paced in scoring by Ethan Hall who scored 23 points, while also recording three rebounds and three assists. Trent Pasvogel helped the effort by contributing nine points and 10 rebounds.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Air Academy heading to play Lewis-Palmer and Discovery Canyon taking on Vista Ridge.
