Mancos made their presence felt from downtown, drilling 37.5% of their attempts in their 69-57 victory over Ignacio on Tuesday.
Mancos was paced in scoring by Connor Show Showalter who scored 25 points while also collecting seven rebounds and seven assists. Caden Showalter recorded a double-double, scoring 12 points and collecting 10 rebounds.
Ignacio was paced in scoring by Bryce Finn who put up 24 points, while also recording nine rebounds and one assist. Triston Thompson and Joe Garcia also had respectable games contributing nine points each.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Mancos heading to play Telluride and Ignacio taking on Sierra Grande.
