Battle Mountain pulls off a one point victory over Eagle Valley on Thursday.
Battle Mountain was paced in scoring by Liam Mckenny who accounted for 34 points while also recording seven rebounds and four assists. Jack Sullivan had a respectable night, recording 13 points, six rebounds and three assists.
Eagle Valley was paced in scoring by Carlos Sanchez who accounted for 15 points, while also recording four rebounds and one assist. Tristen Clark helped the effort by chipping in 14 points and three rebounds.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Battle Mountain heading to play Rifle and Eagle Valley taking on Palisade.
