Longmont Christian easily defeated Nederland by a score of 57-34 on Friday, Feb. 21.
Longmont Christian was lead in scoring by Ellie Echols who scored 17 points while also collecting two rebounds and five assists. Jessica Schneider recorded a double-double, scoring 15 points and collecting 15 rebounds.
Nederland was paced in scoring by Lily Lindstrom who accounted for 17 points while collecting three rebounds. Sydney Nation aided the effort by contributing seven points and three rebounds.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Longmont Christian heading to play Weldon Valley and Nederland taking on Front Range Christian.
