
Chaparral dominated the interior, grabbing 66.7 of all rebounds and swatting five shots in their 85-68 win over Legend on Friday, Feb. 21.
Chaparral was lead in scoring by Joel Speckman ii who put up 28 points while also collecting 16 rebounds. Kobe Sanders had a solid night, recording 21 points, two rebounds and seven assists.
Legend was paced in scoring by Sean Evans who scored 14 points, while also recording one rebound and two assists. Braden Boley and Cameron Le van also had productive games contributing 14 points and 11 points, respectively.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Chaparral heading to play Douglas County and Legend taking on Legacy.
