A man was killed in a shooting at an apartment complex in Aurora Saturday afternoon.
Police officers responded to the Windsor Court Apartments in the 10900 block of East 16th Avenue around 5:45 p.m. and found a man inside an apartment who had been shot, according to a statement from Aurora police Lt. Chris Amsler.
The man was taken to a hospital where he died.
“Investigators believe this is an isolated incident and that there is no danger to the general public,” Amsler wrote in the statement.
