A man who was shot dead in Denver on Saturday has been identified, and police are asking for the public’s help in the ongoing homicide investigation.

Jesus Patron Espericueta, 20, was shot at about 2 a.m. in the parking lot of the Redstone Ranch Apartments, 4775 Argonne St., in Green Valley Ranch, police said.
The victim was with friends when he was shot, police said. Another man shot in the incident was hospitalized in critical condition.
Police ask anyone with information on the shooting to call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867 (STOP).
