A five-car crash briefly closed westbound Interstate 70 just west of Colorado Boulevard in Denver on Friday morning.
The Colorado Department of Transportation closed westbound lanes around 9:30 a.m. to clean up the crash between the exits for Colorado and Brighton boulevards. An hour later, CDOT said all lanes had been reopened.
westbound: Crash cleared between Exit 276B – CO 2; Colorado Boulevard and Exit 276A – US 6; Steele Street. All lanes back open.

The crash also closed Colorado Boulevard in both directions, Denver Police said at 10 a.m. A police spokeswoman said the crash resulted in only minor injuries.
