A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in Denver overnight on Friday and died at the scene, police said.

The fatal incident happened at 10th Avenue and Broadway, police said in a 2:05 a.m. Saturday Twitter post. An investigation is ongoing. Police announced her death on Saturday afternoon.
