Two pedestrians were hit by a vehicle in Denver and one died at the scene on Friday night, police said.

The collision happened at East 69th Avenue and Tower Road, police said in a 6:53 p.m. Twitter post.
One person died at the scene, and a man was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries, police said.
