
Holly Hills has gotten plenty of praise before as one of the better places to live in the United States, and once again, the community is topping charts.
On Monday, . Holly Hills, a neighborhood in the metro area, ranked 16 in places to live in the nation, 9th among suburbs and the No. 1 spot in Colorado.
Niche’s top five places to live in Colorado:

- Cherry Creek
- Superior
- Inverness
- North Park Hill
The website, which aims to connect students with schools, uses data from the Census, FBI and their own resident ratings to ratings. According to Niche’s reviews, Holly Hills residents love it for being family-friendly, near Cherry Creek, and for short commute times.
Holly Hills is probably not the first place that comes to mind when many think of Colorado. It’s an Arapahoe County community located halfway between downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center, near plenty of open space. About 2,800 people live in Holly Hills, with a median household income of $132,955, Niche says.
