A man who owned a fitness and athletic instruction school for youth in Centennial has been arrested as a suspect in a child sex assault case.
Erik Oldham, 37, is under investigation for sex assault of a child, sex assault of a child by a person in a position of trust, unlawful sexual contact, enticement of a child and criminal attempt, according to the Arapahoe County Sheriffs’ Office.
Oldham was the owner and coach of A+ Athletics until August of 2021, according to a sheriff’s office news release.
In late 2021, investigators received information from a complainant about criminal behavior by Oldham connected to an athlete in his program. Oldham was being held on Wednesday without bond at the Arapahoe County Jail.
