Snooze, an A.M. Eatery is getting ready to open its 10th Denver restaurant next month, at 101 Broadway, on the ground floor of the Quayle apartment building.

Located at a popular intersection in the Baker neighborhood, the new spot will be able to seat 100 people inside and 56 on the patio. A full bar will serve morning cocktails, local beers, and spiked coffee beverages to get the day started.

Founded in 2006 by brothers Jon and Adam Schlegel, Snooze has 50-plus restaurants in across the U.S., primarily in the West and the South. Popular locations in Denver include those in Union Station, at 7th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard and at 22nd and Larimer streets.

Snooze is known for its long wait times and its signature menu items, like pineapple upside down and blueberry Danish pancakes, inventive eggs benedicts (like the habanero pork belly Benny), pancake flights, breakfast sandwiches, omelets and breakfast tacos.

Snooze opens on Broadway on Nov. 16. Hours will be 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on weekdays and until 4 p.m. on weekends.
