Class 5A

1. Cherry Creek (8-2) lost vs. No. 6 Grandview, 24-21: The Bruins’ bid for an unbeaten run through the Centennial League was denied in Week 10, as touchdown runs from Carlson Tann, Arion Boyd and Brady Vodicka weren’t enough to top the Wolves. Vodicka’s TD plunge gave Creek a 21-14 lead with 11:16 to go in the fourth, but the Wolves answered with a pair of scoring drives to escape with the upset win and force a three-way tie atop the league standings. 2. Valor Christian (8-2) won at Mountain Vista, 49-35: Roman Bradley and Trey Stott scored back-to-back touchdowns in the final two minutes of the fourth quarter to avoid an upset and claim Valor’s eighth straight outright league title. Stott had a pair of rushing TDs, while Jake Krekeler scored twice, including an 88-yard kick return in the first quarter. Chris Smith found the end zone twice for Mountain Vista, and quarterback Austyn Modrzewski threw two TD passes in a game that featured two ties and three lead changes. Next game: TBD playoffs

3. Ralston Valley (8-2) won vs. Arvada West, 49-21: The Mustangs finished off an their second unbeaten run through the 5A Jeffco League in four seasons with a commanding win over their cross-town rivals. Next game: TBD playoffs

4. Columbine (9-1) won at Chatfield, 56-0: Marquane Taylor ran in four touchdowns in the first half, including one from 70-plus yards, as the Rebels took a 35-0 halftime lead and cruised from there. Next game: TBD playoffs

5. Regis Jesuit (6-4) lost vs. Fountain-Fort Carson, 21-14: The Raiders’ bid for an unbeaten run through the 5A southern league was denied, as FFC shut out Regis over the final two quarters to pull off the stunner. Next game: TBD playoffs

6. Grandview (8-2) won at No. 1 Cherry Creek, 24-21: Quarterback Liam Szarka ran in a pair of touchdowns, the last from 1 yard out with 3:50 left, to stun the Bruins and create a three-way tie atop the Centennial League standings with Arapahoe and Creek. Donovan Vernon added a 1-yard TD run on the very last play of the first half to tie the score at 14, while Kyle Chavez’s 29-yard field goal with 7:28 to go in the fourth quarter set up the late-game dramatics. 7. ThunderRidge (9-1) won at Rock Canyon, 13-10: T-Ridge scored all 13 of its points in the fourth quarter on two field goals and a Cole Hanchett TD run to stun Rock Canyon. Aidan Duda put Rock Canyon ahead with a second-quarter TD run, and Breck Saenger tacked on a field goal to give the Jaguars a 10-0 lead that slipped away late. Next game: TBD playoffs

8. Pine Creek (8-2) won vs. Chaparral, 45-10: The Eagles won their third straight since a Week 7 loss to Regis Jesuit, with the defense not giving up a touchdown until the fourth quarter. Next game: TBD playoffs

9. Legacy (8-2) won at Brighton, 42-14: RB Tyler Anderson had two rushing TDs, and quarterback Kullen Lerma had one TD running and another throwing in the Lightning’s eighth straight victory. Next game: TBD playoffs

10. Fairview (9-1) won at Rocky Mountain, 24-7: Zach Lewis ran in a touchdown in the first half as part of a 122-yard night on the ground, and returned an interception 62 yards for a score in the second half as the Knights claimed their seventh straight win. Next game: TBD playoffs

Class 4A

1. Palmer Ridge (10-0) won at No. 8 Vista Ridge, 24-17: Nathaniel “Gator” Robinson ran in a pair of touchdowns in the fourth quarter as the Bears rallied from a 17-10 deficit to claim a league championship and likely lock up the top seed in the 4A state playoffs. Next game: TBD playoffs

2. Broomfield (10-0) won at No. 7 Heritage, 17-13: Brent Harris found the end zone once, quarterback Cole LaCrue and Anthony Cobb hooked up for the other Broomfield TD and Mikhail Brenner came up with a critical interception, as the Eagles escaped Littleton with their unbeaten season intact. Next game: TBD playoffs

3. Loveland (9-1) won at Longmont, 47-0: The Loveland defense closed out the regular season with its fourth consecutive shutout as part of a 4-0 league campaign. Longmont managed just 133 total yards on 51 plays. Next week: TBD playoffs

4. Denver South (9-1) won vs. Thomas Jefferson, 49-20: The Ravens put the finishing touches on an unbeaten run through league play, while also moving to 4-0 vs. fellow DPS programs behind a dominant 42-7 first half. Next game: TBD playoffs

5. Montrose (8-2) won vs. Pueblo West, 35-28: The Red Hawks held of a Pueblo West upset bid to claim their eighth straight win going into the postseason. Next game: TBD playoffs

6. Ponderosa (8-2) won vs. Bear Creek, 49-7: The Mustangs outscored the Bears 42-0 in the first half to cruise to their fourth consecutive win to close out the regular season. Next game: TBD playoffs

7. Heritage (7-3) lost vs. No. 2 Broomfield, 17-13: Heritage drew within a point of Broomfield after going down 14-0 thanks to a touchdown run from Zyriq Siegler and scoring hookup between QB Noah Shoen and Esteban Marquez, but got no closer as its seven-game win streak came to a close. Next game: TBD playoffs

8. Vista Ridge (7-3) lost vs. No. 1 Palmer Ridge, 24-17: Solomon Arnds-Volcin had a long touchdown run and Jaiden Hodby a pick-six to give the Wolves a 17-10 lead in the third quarter, but Vista Ridge was unable to hold on against the top-ranked team in 4A. Next game: TBD playoffs

9. Fruita Monument (7-3) won at Adams City, 55-0: A week after a heartbreaking loss at Broomfield, the Wildcats routed Adams City in their regular-season finale. Next game: TBD playoffs

10. Erie (6-4) won vs. Greeley West, 44-6: The Tigers closed out a dominant league run with their fourth straight double-digit win. After going 2-4 through a rugged nonleague slate, Erie outscored its four league opponents 204-56. Next game: TBD playoffs

1. Roosevelt (9-0) won at Thompson Valley, 42-12. Next week: vs. Mountain View, 7 p.m. Nov. 4

2. Durango (8-1) won vs. Palisade, 7-0. Next week: TBD
