Keeler: Broncos’ culture problems? George Paton created them. So why does CEO Greg Penner think he can fix them?

In a QB + Coach league, Paton dragged the Broncos from bad (Bridgewater + Fangio) to worse (Old Russ + Young Nate). Only Sean Payton, Jim Harbaugh or Deion Sanders could save Broncos now.
