A man died Thursday evening after he was shot in downtown Denver.
The shooting happened at 21st Street and Lawrence Street, the Denver Police Department reported on Twitter at 7:38 p.m., and the man was taken to a hospital.
UPDATE: The victim, an adult male, was pronounced deceased at the hospital. The identity will be released by the Medical Examiner’s Office. No arrests at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact at 720-913-STOP(7867).

Police reported several hours later the man died at the hospital.
Police have not arrested anyone yet.
