The new restaurant will be at 14500 Fall River Drive in Centerra Marketplace, according to . The California-based fast food chain finalized the $1.3-million purchase of the site, previously occupied by another restaurant, on Feb. 17, 2023.

Mike Abbate, assistant vice president of real estate and development for In-N-Out Burger confirmed in an emailed statement the company will be building the new restaurant soon but could not confirm an opening timeframe.

“Once we break ground on a new location, it usually takes us 8-9 months to build a restaurant and open it for business,” Abbate wrote. “We appreciate our customers in Loveland who have shared their anticipation with us, and we look forward to having this great location to serve them in the near future.”
