$2,000 reward offered for tips leading to conviction in Denver teen’s shooting death

Denver police are asking for the public to help identify a suspect in the shooting death of a teenager, and a $2,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.

Aerris Mayberry, 14, was shot and killed at about 1:35 a.m. March 18 in the 1900 block of Ulster Street, according to investigators. A juvenile male victim was taken to a hospital in critical condition at the time of the double shooting.

Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867 (STOP).
