3:20 p.m.: A severe thunderstorm watch is issued for parts of northeastern Colorado, southeastern Wyoming, southwestern Nebraska and northeastern Kansas, according to the National Weather Service.
The watch is active until 10 p.m., and forecasters expect scattered hail as large as softball-sized, winds up to 75 mph and possible tornadoes.

3:20 p.m.: According to the National Weather Service, the highest threat for severe storms is in northeastern Colorado, ranging from Fort Morgan to Limon. Forecasters expect baseball-sized hail and say there’s a risk of scattered tornadoes and flash flooding.
The highest threat for severe storms will be in far northeast Colorado from Fort Morgan to Limon and points east. Large hail up to baseball size is the primary threat.
