On Wednesday, Ryan Partridge received about $1.5 million after settling a lawsuit against Boulder County Jail for jail employee's "excessive force" and “deliberate indifference” against him while he was an inmate facing serious psychiatric needs in 2016. His father, Richard Partridge, said to those who would think the money is the end, would be very, very wrong.
