Suspect ID’d, wanted after Centennial man killed in shooting, found in SUV

Updated Nov. 17, 2023: A man last seen in Colorado Springs has been identified as a suspect in the Nov. 4 shooting death of a 73-year-old Centennial man whose body was found in an SUV parked in Lone Tree.

Lone Tree police are searching for , 23, in connection to the death of Michael Lohmeier, who was found dead in the 8500 block of South Yosemite Street in a 2009 light blue Toyota Highlander about 12:25 p.m., according to the Lone Tree Police Department.

Lohmeier died as the result of a gunshot wound and his death was ruled a homicide, the department said in a Nov. 6 news release.

Neal was last seen in Colorado Springs and is considered armed and dangerous, police said.
