Snow and cold temperatures covered Colorado on Monday, Jan. 15, 2024.
A snowstorm and high winds are contributing to several road closures in the Colorado mountains and the Front Range and several Denver metro area schools announced closures or delays for Tuesday, Jan. 16 due to extreme cold weather.
Despite the cold and a condensed schedule of events, the annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Marade carried on.
