Montreal’s Arcade Fire will play its only North American show of 2024 to mark the 20th anniversary of landmark album “Funeral” at Red Rocks Amphitheatre this fall.

The LP, which launched the band’s influential sing-along anthems in the early 2000s, was released on Sept. 14, 2004, by indie stalwart Merge Records. Arcade Fire’s only 20th anniversary show will take place only a couple days later (give or take 20 years), on Sept. 16 at Red Rocks.

The band, however, is playing other shows this year in (see Atlanta this week) and outside of North America (Italy, Spain, Ireland, Portugal and England).

Presales for tickets start at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 8, the band said, followed by the public on-sale starting at 10 a.m. Friday, May 10, via . The code is Funeral20.

No opener has been announced, and ticket prices were not provided. Fans can RSVP at .

“To celebrate the twentieth anniversary of Funeral, this fall we will be playing one show in North America, at one of our favorite venues: Red Rocks Amphitheatre on September 16,” according to . “Presale begins May 8 at 10 a.m. MDT. Link in bio for tickets. We hope you will join us.”

The band’s anniversary arrives amid a cloud over its lead singer, Win Butler, who was alleged to have engaged in sexual misconduct and manipulated women in a . Since then, openers such as Feist and Beck have dropped off Arcade Fire shows and, in Feist’s case, over the reports.

Butler has said all of the alleged interactions were consensual, Pitchfork reported.

Note: This article was updated on Wednesday, May 8, to clarify that the Red Rocks concert is the only North American show celebrating “Funeral,” not the band’s only North American show of 2024.
