A bicyclist was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash early Wednesday morning in Englewood, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.
State investigators found the car that was involved, a black 2013 Ford Focus with front end damage and leaking fluids, shortly after issuing a .
No one has been arrested in the case and further information about the driver was not available, Englewood police said.
The crash happened at about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 2700 block of South Santa Fe Drive, state officials said in the alert.
That section of road lies between the South Platte River and an RTD light rail maintenance facility.
