Eastbound Interstate 70 was closed near Georgetown for several hours Wednesday morning after a semitrailer caught fire, according to law enforcement.
As of 9:20 a.m., eastbound I-70 had reopened between Exit 228 for Georgetown and U.S. 40, . The highway first closed at about 5:50 a.m. Wednesday.
