Douglas County deputies were responding to reports of a “downed aircraft” near Larkspur on Monday morning, according to the sheriff’s office.
The incident was reported in the Cheyenne Drive area of Larkspur, near Perry Park, said Nicole Fierro, senior communications manager for the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.
Information about the type of aircraft, when the crash was first reported and whether anyone was injured was not immediately available.
