Hey!
Today’s a free day at the Denver Botanic Gardens!
I suppose technically it’s not free since you were kind enough to pay with your taxes and all, but that doesn’t make it any less romantic.
It’s about that time of year; the Gardens are budding and blooming, and you shouldn’t think to miss it.
What: Free day at the Botanic Gardens
Where: 1005 York Street

Wilde ride
Whether or not you’re a fan of literature or authors in general, you can be sure, specifically, of two things.
1. Oscar Wilde was an incredible writer
and
2. Jude Law is what some might consider “good looking”
To sum up, if you’re interested in a creative combination of the two, consider heading down to the Denver Public Library for their continuing film series featuring the film “Wilde” this evening, which, in turn, features Jude Law.
Life’s funny like that.
What: “Wilde” (film)
Where: 10 West 14th Avenue

I wouldn’t say “everybody”
…so much as “a serious throng of people.”
“Everybody Loves Raymond.”
After nine years, Raymond (or as some people know it, “the syndicated sitcom that came on before re-runs of ‘Friends’ that was occasionally quite amusing”) comes to a close.
It was a good run. Good writers. Good acting.
I think, also, I’ve now gathered enough information to convince me that I should never, under any circumstance, get married. Especially to a man that has a mother.
What: “Everybody Loves Raymond” series finale
