Jamie Foxx has recovered those nude photos of himself. According to the New York Daily News, Phoenix-based agent David Hans Schmidt handed the explicit pictures over to Foxx’s lawyer.
Construction worker Mark Fithian claimed he found the photos in a Dumpster outside the Oscar-winning actor’s Las Vegas home. Working for Fithian, Schmidt said after an investigation he “determined the photos were the rightful property of Jamie Foxx.”
A Manhattan Supreme Court judge dismissed rapper Jay-Z’s countersuit against fellow performer R. Kelly, MTV.com reported.
Kelly filed a $75 million lawsuit against Jay-Z after being booted from “Best of Both Worlds” tour. Jay-Z’s countersuit claimed the tour promoter booted the R&B singer because it was “a nightmarish odyssey” working with Kelly. No court date has been set for Kelly’s original suit.

“Amazing Race 7” contestants Lynn Warren and Alex Ali will marry June 1 in Ottawa; same-sex unions are legal in Canada. Rosie O’Donnell gave the couple a honeymoon cruise as her wedding gift, the Ottawa Sun reported.
“We are not getting married to be gay-rights activists or for the press,” Ali said. “We are getting married for the gifts.” The couple threw out any pettiness left over from the reality series: Among the guests invited are “Amazing Race” runner-up Rob Mariano and Amber Brkich.
At a recent event in New York, the Daily News reported comic Chris Rock told a Girl Scout who asked him to pose for a picture: “I only take pictures with little white girls on Mondays and Wednesdays. But I’ll make an exception today.”
