The Bureau of Land Management Colorado is making available information on its quarterly oil and gas lease sale of 74 parcels comprising 73,263 acres to be held Nov. 10. Lease sale information is available at each of the bureau’s field offices as well its Information Center in Lakewood. Additionally, an electronic copy has been posted on the BLM’s national website at www.blm.gov/nhp/ spotlight/state_info/og_lease _sales.htm.

Royal Gold Inc. of Denver announced Monday it closed on a public offering of 2.2 million shares of common stock that were priced at $26 per share. The net proceeds from the sale are expected to be about $55.7 million.

Canyon Resources Corp. announced it has signed an agreement to reacquire the Briggs Mine crushing plant and conveyor systems in California for $50,000 cash, 500,000 shares of Canyon stock and waiver of certain storage fees, for a total purchase price of about $440,000. The plant was purchased by Corner Bay Silver Inc. for its subsidiary Minera Corner Bay S.A. de C.V. in May 2002.

OrthoNetx Inc., a Superior- based privately held provider of medical devices for osteoplastic surgery, announced Monday it has acquired PrivaComp Inc., a Niwot-based health-care information technology company, in a stock-exchange transaction.

Ceragenix Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Denver-based development-stage biopharmaceutical company, announced Monday that Ceragenix Corp., its wholly owned subsidiary, has submitted an application to the Food and Drug Administration seeking marketing clearance for Epiceram, a topical cream intended for use in alleviating the pain, itching and burning of several skin conditions.

StorePerform Technologies Inc., a Denver-based provider of store execution management software, on Monday announced it is a member of Symbol Technologies’ PartnerSelect Independent Software Vendor Partner Program.

Centennial Specialty Foods Corp. of Centennial announced Friday it received a letter from Nasdaq indicating that the company is not in compliance for continued listing. Nasdaq scheduled a hearing on the matter for Thursday.

Kohl’s Department Stores’ grand opening of a new Arvada store will be Oct. 6 at 15680 W. 64th Ave. With the opening, Kohl’s will have 18 stores in the state.

U.S. Bank will open a new full-service branch inside the King Soopers at 750 S. Ridge Road in Castle Rock on Wednesday. Jeff Criswell is the branch manager.
