Flowers are blooming, vegetables are ripening, and bulbs are beginning to settle in for a long winter’s rest. The show in the garden is nearing its end, so the time is right to begin to consider what might be done better next year. “Victory Garden” hosts Michael Weishan and Kip Anderson stand ready to offer a few ideas in this episode dedicated to a sunny suburban yard transformed from a neglected space into a cozy outdoor area.
