A hearing date of Oct. 30 has been set in Curious Theatre Company’s lawsuit seeking an exemption from the statewide smoking ban as it applies to live performances.
Curious, which seeks only the right to smoke nontobacco, noncarcinogenic products in stage performances, will have its argument against the Colorado Department of Health and Environment heard in Denver District Court.
Curious is citing the First Amendment right to free expression.
