The bodies of two people were found buried in snowbanks after the snow melted Tuesday, according to Denver Health Medical Center officials.

Denver police told KUSA-TV that one of the victims was found on Quitman Street, but the location of the other body was not immediately available.

A heart attack is suspected in the Quitman case, but an autopsy will be done to determine the cause of death, police said.

Denver police spokeswoman Virginia Quinoñes sais more information would be available later today.

Both Denver Health and Swedish Medical Center have seen incidents of sever cuts and even partial amputations of fingers from snow blowers and other injuries related to the blizzard that struck the area last week.
