PUEBLO, Colo.-
A man whose body was found in the trunk of his burning car was identified by sheriff’s investigators Thursday as Gary Lambert, 45, of Pueblo.
The 2000 Ford Mustang, which was registered to Lambert, was found Saturday about 11 miles north of Pueblo.
Lambert’s girlfriend told authorities she last heard from him on April 24, and he was reported missing on April 27.
Authorities were still awaiting autopsy results.
The fire gutted the car.
