The number of rigs actively exploring for oil and natural gas in the nation remained unchanged this week but dropped by two in Colorado.
Wyoming reported nine fewer rigs.
Nationally, 17-hundred-47 rigs were drilling. A year ago, the rig count stood at 16-hundred-and-25.
