COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.-
A teenager was arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder after another man was shot and killed, police said Tuesday.
John Rangel, 18, was arrested after Anthony Grimaldo, 20, of Colorado Springs was fatally shot in a parking lot near a liquor store, police said.
Rangel’s hometown was not identified.
Police said the shooting followed an altercation between people in two cars. No other details were immediately released.
