The Colorado State Patrol on Friday identified the truck driver killed Wednesday in an accident on Interstate 70 between Genesee and the Morrison exits as Darrell Gaylor, 51, of West Valley, Utah.
Gaylor lost control of the truck and was unable to stop before it tipped over in the eastbound lanes of I-70 near the Lookout Mountain. The truck exploded and spilled a brown mudlike substance into the westbound lanes. Interstate 70 was temporarily closed in both directions after the accident.
