Longmont police arrested a 31-year-old man Tuesday on suspicion of sexually assaulting a minor.

Police said a 16-year-old runaway girl claimed she was hiding for four days at the apartment of Auden Rosas-Marioni, 31, at 802 S. Bowen Street in Longmont. She claimed he gave her crack cocaine and marijuana, then had sex with her. She also said he had a gun and was selling crack to visitors.

Police put a surveillance team on the apartment, observing much stop-and-go traffic at the apartment.

Rosas-Marioni was seen getting into a car and leaving. Police knew his license was expired, so they arrested him on a traffic charge.

SWAT members then served a search warrant on the apartment and confiscated a 9 mm pistol. They gathered information that led to the arrests of four other people on outstanding warrants, traffic offenses and possession of cocaine.

Rosas-Marioni was then charged with the felony of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and misdemeanor sex assault charges.
