GREELEY, Colo.—Jurors on Tuesday convicted a man accused of posing as a potential home buyer, then robbing and raping a real estate agent who met him to show him a house in Keenesburg.

Brandon Bradshaw, 52, of Aurora, was convicted of sexual assault, second-degree kidnapping and aggravated robbery for the crimes Jan. 6, 2006.

Prosecutors also had filed habitual criminal charges against Bradshaw. If a judge at a hearing set for Oct. 9 finds that Bradshaw is a habitual offender, he could face 96 to 208 years in prison, prosecutors said.
