A 16-year-old boy was shot in a mobile home park along Colorado 2 in Commerce City on Monday afternoon.
Commerce City police say the shooting happened around 4:45 p.m. in the park at 7110 Highway 2. The teen was rushed to Denver Health Medical Center. Commerce City police spokeswoman Lanissa Blevens said in a news release that his condition is unknown.
Three males in their late teens or early 20s were seen running from the shooting. They are described as wearing white T-shirts, bluejeans and blue bandannas. Police are also looking for two possible getaway vehicles. One is a green Chevrolet Impala and the other a brown Ford pickup truck.
