After coming out of the Broncos’ locker room Monday night at Invesco Field at Mile High, Broncos linebacker Nate Webster ran right by Tennessee running back and Denver native LenDale White. Webster did not run by silently.
“I told him we’re coming after him,” Webster said. “I was just trash-talking him a little bit. I wanted to let him know he wasn’t going to have a happy homecoming.”
White just nodded his head at Webster, then had an unhappy homecoming, rushing for only 42 yards on 13 carries with a costly fumble.
