A Denver couple accused of operating a meth lab and exposing their year-old daughter to its dangers pleaded guilty today to attempted child abuse and manufacturing a controlled substance.
The couple, Aaron Neal, 35, and Kimberly Angelo-Neal, 33, could face up to 18 years in prison when they are sentenced next month.
The couple were accused of operating the meth lab in their home in the 3100 block of Umatilla Street.
Their daughter was medically evaluated and placed in protective custody.
The lab caught fire in the early hours of July 18.
