The Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce honored four small businesses Thursday at its annual awards event. CAP Logistics was named Small Business of the Year, Zebra Graphics LLC won in the Emerging Business category, LEI Companies Inc. won in the Minority- owned category, and the Kempe Foundation won in the nonprofit category. Don Richards received the David E. Bailey Small Business Advocate award.
