The Laramie Plains Lakes of southeast Wyoming long have held particular fascination for anglers in search of big trout. Few have fished them more frequently or know them better than Joel King, who will share his knowledge at a Tuesday gathering of the High Plains Drifters at Red & Jerry’s Sports Bar, 1840 W. Oxford Ave., phone 303-989-6283. King also is an expert on the lakes of Colorado’s North Park, which just came free of ice, and can be persuaded for a few extra comments.
