FORT CARSON — The names of 46 soldiers from Fort Carson’s Mountain Post who have died while fighting in Iraq during the past year will be added today to a memorial at Kit Carson Park.
Maj. Gen. Mark Graham, Division West and Fort Carson commanding general, will be the keynote speaker.Since 2003, 237 soldiers from the post have died in the conflict.
The ceremony begins at 10 a.m.
