NEW YORK — A woman accused of helping run the prostitution ring patronized by New York’s disgraced ex-governor has pleaded guilty to conspiracy, money-laundering and federal prostitution charges.
Prosecutors say Cecil Suwal, 23, ran day-to-day operations of the Emperors Club V.I.P.
Eliot Spitzer, who hasn’t been charged, stepped down as governor after he was accused of being a client.
