A woman was stabbed and two people were arrested tonight in Curtis Park, Denver police said.
An argument between a large group of people led up to the stabbing about 7:30 p.m., said Detective John White.
She was rushed to Denver Health Medical Center.
The woman was wounded in her upper body, but police did not release her name or condition, or name the two alleged assailants. He did not know the relationship of the people involved in the argument, and the cause of the clash is under investigation, as well, he said.
The stabbing happened just two blocks from where an 8-year-old girl was wounded in a drive-by on June 20. Daniel
Steven Lujan, 20, and Victoria Esparza, 19, have been charged with attempted murder.
