A fight between occupants of a car that resulted in an Arapahoe County sheriff’s cruiser being rammed has led to the arrest of one man and summonses for two others.

The altercation broke out at about 2:40 a.m. Sunday at the Phillips 66 station in the 7200 block of East Evans Avenue after the occupants of the car — who had just driven there from a club in Denver — started arguing among themselves.

The confrontation among six people in the car escalated into a physical fight, and one of the occupants — a 26-year-old man — was pushed to the ground by the driver of the car, identified as Kassim L. Feysse, 21, according the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Department.

The victim also was assaulted by two other men, identified as Alexander G. Fentia, 24, and Milkyas T. Makonnen, 23, according to investigators.

As deputies responded to the scene, Feysse pulled out of the station and rammed the sheriff’s cruiser. Deputies pursued Feysse’s Lexus to a parking lot at 2040 S. Oneida St., where he was apprehended.

Fentia and Makonnen were issued summonses for third-degree assault and disorderly conduct and were released at the scene.

Feysse was arrested and transported to the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Detention Facility and booked on suspicion of vehicular eluding, harassment and disorderly conduct.

The patrol car sustained minor damage to the right rear door and quarter panel, according to the sheriff’s department.
